Is it safe to use a Tap in an Impact Wrench?
Our Taps are designed to be used in SITEH3RO™ Holders specifically made for Impact Wrenches. Using an impact means if the Tap grabs the torque is not transferred to the wrist of the operator, avoiding the risk of injury present with other handheld power tools.

Are the threads clean?
The design of the SITEH3RO™ Tap pushes swarf forwards rather than dragging it backwards, avoiding clogging the tap and producing a clean thread ready for a bolt.
