If you purchased your product direct from ToolFit, the following applies:
You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation within 45 days of the date of delivery.
Such notice must be given by mailing, faxing or emailing us using the information on our contact page.
If this cancellation is taking place due to a product issue, please notify us of the problem when cancelling.
Upon cancellation we require that the goods are returned at your cost, unless they are faulty. In the latter case, please contact us and we will arrange for our carrier to collect the faulty product.
Any claims for non-delivery in cases of alleged fraud or theft must be submitted within 14 days of the sent date of the delivery confirmation email from ToolFit to the customer. The claim must be submitted with a police crime reference number.
Please note, when returning a product purchased from ToolFit:
The product MUST be unused and in a re-sellable condition. Returned in the original packaging for safe return.
The product returned MUST include all items supplied, including blade and accessories. The original parts must all be included without alterations or adjustments.
A case in which a returned product has a different blade fitted to that it was shipped with by ToolFit will be deemed to be incorrect product use, in which case the warranty is voided and a refund will not be processed.
